Jennifer Ginn

Hi! My name is Ms. Ginn (NOT pronounced like the name “Jen”)! I am THRILLED to be your kindergarten teacher! It’s going to be a fun year full of learning and new adventures. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us. I want to know all about you, but first I’m going to tell you a few things about me.

I was born and raised in Charleston on James Island. After I graduated from high school, I attended Clemson University where I studied Early Childhood Education. I love Clemson so much that I attend every home football game! You will hear me talk a lot about Clemson this year! GO TIGERS!

After I graduated from college, I moved back to Charleston to start teaching. This is my 8th year teaching kindergarten at Springfield. I graduated with my Master’s in Teaching, Learning, and Advocacy from the College of Charleston in 2014. I have a rescue Boston Terrier named Max. He is 9 years old and has one blue eye. His nickname is Maxie Boo!

I am so excited for you to be a student in K-2! We are going to have a fun year!
